Return and Refund Policy

Yes, we accept returns.

We are always ready to serve customer right product with best quality, but if you do need to return an order, we are happy to help.

Returns Procedure:

1 Please raise a return request at conatct@autopartsguild.in 

2 Then send your order back to this address using India post.

                   Address:

                   C-99, Ground Floor, Ram Dutt Enclave,

                   Uttam Nagar, New Delhi - 110059.

3 We will process your money refund on the same do of receiving return post quality check. Please note that it can take 7-10 days for the refunded money to show in your account as per the standard banking procedure.

Terms & Conditions of Return: 

Returns will be accepted only in case the product does not fit your bike/scooty or wrong product was delivered to you.

Change of mind after dispatch of the product from Auto Parts Guild or after receiving of the product by customer will not be considered a valid reason for returning a product.

In case where an incorrect product was ordered by the customer, shipping and handling charge will be deducted.

Any return return request has to be raised within 5 days of receiving the order. Request raised after 5 day window would not be processed.

All products need to be returned in the original packing and should reach back to us within 15 days of return request accepted.

Return orders received back to our warehouse after a window of 15 days from the date of return request acceptance would not be eligible for refund.
